My newest creation #nomnom... Very quick post about an easy breezy meal that I made today for my post workout meal. It took me literally 15 minutes to get it done because I already some pre cooked quinoa and chicken ready to go. I just had to heat it up and voila!!
I mixed quinoa, sliced spinach, sliced asparagus, about 1/4 cup coconut milk, sliced mushrooms, some curry powder, some parsley, and some chicken! 💪🏼
It was delicious and I felt very replenished afterwards! If you decide to try it, let me know how you like it or if you have any variation ideas that I can try in the future!
